Welcome to Superbo Stay! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including booking surf camp packages and accommodation.

By booking or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure your spot.

• Full payment must be made before check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are in Euros or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes unless stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change. Here's how our policy works:

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• In case of force majeure (illness, travel bans), contact us directly. We may offer a credit.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 14:00

• Check-out time: 11:00

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests must:

• Respect house rules and other guests

• Be mindful of noise, especially at night

• Use all equipment (surfboards, gear, etc.) responsibly

• Inform us of any damage caused during the stay

We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave without refund in case of disrespectful or dangerous behavior.

5. Liability Waiver

Surfing and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety.

Superbo Stay is not liable for:

• Accidents or injuries during surf or travel

• Lost or stolen personal belongings

• Natural events or weather conditions affecting activities

6. Changes to Program

We may modify the schedule (surf times, yoga sessions, etc.) due to weather, tides, or other circumstances.
We aim to offer a full experience, but flexibility is necessary.

7. Use of Photos & Media

We may take photos during your stay to use on our website or social media.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let us know upon arrival.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect only the necessary personal information to complete your booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes shall be settled in Moroccan courts in Agadir region.
